Research Abstract

本年度は一酸化二窒素(N_2O)の窒素・酸素同位体比と、メタンの水素・炭素同位体比の高感度同位体測定を可能にし、測定の範囲を大幅に広げるとともに、海洋、陸域でそれらの起源となっている有機、無機態試料についても測定を行うことで、循環の解析を総合的に進めることを目指し、研究を行った。
(1)次の3段階のN_2Oとメタンの同位体比測定法について相互校正を行った。
A)大気あるいは環境水などの低濃度の試料を大量に採取し、同位体比を質量分析計(IRMS)による測定。
B)現有のGC/C/IRMSによる測定。
C)CH_4/N_2O微量ガス濃縮前処理装置(Per Con;以下PC)を加え、PC/GC/C/IRMSによる測定。
ここで、PCの設置に当たっては、そのままの形で組み込むのではなく、本研究で必要とされる精度と感度に高めるべく、改良を進めている。
(2)海洋試料、陸域試料それぞれについて、上記のA),B),C)のうち、特にB)とC)のそれぞれのシステムに適した試料を選択し、試料採取法と前処理および試料導入法について検討し一部、試料採取を始めた。
(3)新設した半導体レーザー赤外分光計により大気濃度の測定を行い、現有のGCによる測定と相互校正を始めた。
