Research Abstract

1.微量ヒト肝cholesterol 7α-hydroxylase(P450のひとつ)の活性測定
mitochondriaのcholesterol代謝に関する例えば27hydroxylationなるP450は可溶化することによって活性値が飛躍的に増加するが、microsomeに存在するP450であるcholesterl 7α-hydroxylaseは化溶化してもその効果はない。
以上のことはpublishする予定。
2.コレステロール代謝とvitamin D_3代謝の接点の追求
コレステロール側鎖27-hydroxylationとvitamin D_3 25-hydroxylayionは同一の酵素であると報告され、後者はvitamin D_3 1α-hydroxylationも同時に行うという報告もある。この時点でvitamin D_3の1α-24-および25-hydroxylationについて酵素の活性測定、mRNA測定、酵素蛋白量測定の確立をはかった。これらの問題の一部は下記のようにpublishした。
