Research Abstract |
LAND OWNERSHIP IN TOWN LAW IS SUBJECT TO RESTRICTION BY BUILDING RESTRICTIONS LAW.HOWEVER, IT'S NOT ENOUGH TO BE DISCLOSED IF THIS RESTRICTIONS HAVE AN EFFECT ON THE STRUCTURE OF OWNERSHIP ITSELF. SO, IN VIEW OF THE LANDSCAPE, WE WILL ATTEMPT TO STUDY THE NATURE OF THE PROPERTY LAND IN TOWN AREA.THAT IS TO SAY, JAPANISE LEGAL SYSTEM AS WELL AS ADMINISTRATIVE PRACTICES ON THE LANDSCAPE AND THE HISTRICAL CHANGES. WE THINK IT IS REASONABLE TO DRAW THIS CONCLUSION. THE INDIVIDUAL PROPERTY LAND , NAMELY, FREE-DOM OF BUILDING IS RESTRICTED BY PUBLIC ORDER OF THE CO-USE IN THE REGISION.THE SAME MAY-BE SAID OF THE BUILDING'S SIGHT IN TOWN. THIS RESTRICTION IS THE ATTRIBUTE OF OWNERSHIP ITSELF IN TOWN.
