| Research Abstract |
本年度は,主に北海道南部,群馬県,長野県,静岡県において,資料の産状調査と収集を行った.北海道小別沢鉱山の金・銀・テルル鉱床の鉱石中に,いくつかの燐酸塩鉱物の存在を確認した.そのうち,我が国初産のヒンスダル石を見い出した.これは,鉛ゴム石と連続固溶体を作っており,石英脈中に,微細な自然結晶の集合として埋没,あるいは空隙を埋める形態をなして産する.熱水活動の初期から後期にいたるまで燐酸の供給が行われていたことを意味する.ほかに,群馬県奥万座噴気孔付近,長野県余地鉱山,静岡県河津鉱山において,希土類元素を含む燐酸塩鉱物の産出を再確認し,現在それらの化学分析をすすめている.また,奥万座では,これら燐酸塩鉱物にともなって,我が国初産のフ-アン石を確認した.これは,Ca-Al系硫酸塩鉱物で,結晶構造は燐酸塩鉱物と類似しているため,累帯構造をとっている.
