| Research Abstract |
大規模かつ複雑な生産システムを対象とし,ある程度の自律性を持った各部門が,満足すべき経営目的を実現するため,(1)リアルタイムに生産設備や生産目的の変化を観測しながらスケジューリングを行って生産活動を行い,(2)設備の変更・故障などを観測し,自動的に生産設備の動作モデルを更新する事のできる生産システムを実現する必要がある.これらの状況に対応するため,本年度は,
1.分散型リアルタイムスケジューリングシステムへのバッチ処理の導入.
2.遺伝的アルゴリズムを用いた各生産設備に配置されたスケジューラのためのスケジューリング知識の自動生成.
3.プログラマブルコントローラで構成された生産システムの故障診断モデルの自動生成と,リアルタイム故障診断.
に関する研究を行ない,いずれもシミュレーション実験により有効性を確認した.
