| Research Abstract |
1)高頻度ペーシングのより短時間のモデルとして家兎心室を300-350bpmで高頻度ペーシング1-2時間行い単相性活動電位を記録したがやはり活動電位持続時間の短縮が認められた。短縮した活動電位持続時間は一過性外向き電流(Ito)のブロッカーである4-amminopyridineにて正常化したことより短時間の高頻度ペーシングモデルでの活動電位持続時間の短縮はItoの活性化によると考えられた。現在実験追加中である。
2)臨床検討では、非虚血性心不全症例において心室頻拍、心室細動、失神既往群ではそうでない群に比べ心機能は変わらないがI-123Metaiodobenzylguanidine(MIBG)のwoshout rateが有意に亢進しており交感神経機能異常の存在が示唆された。この結果について論文作成中である。
