生理活性ペプチドによる血管のオートクリン-パラクリン型緊張・増殖制御機構の解明

Research Abstract |
本研究の目的は生理活性ペプチドによるオートクリン作用について明かにすることである。まず、アドレノメジュリンが、どの様な細胞に発現し、どの様な細胞に作用を及ぼすかについて明らかにした。その結果、アドレノメジュリンが心臓、腸管、血管、膀胱、気道等のいろいろな細胞に発現していることが明らかとなった。しかしながら、その平滑筋に対する作用は、限られていることがわかった(Nishimura et al.,1997、研究発表参照)。また、ANP(Seguchi et al.,1996)、CGRP(Fukuizumi et al.,1996),bradykinin(Eguchi et al.,in press)等の生理活性ペプチドに対する血管作用を明らかにした。気道、肺血管および冠動脈におけるendothelinのオートクリン作用について現在投稿中である。また、血管増殖に対する作用に関して報告をおこなった(Jahan et al.,1996 ; miyagi et al.,BBRC,1996)。さらに、P_<2U>受容体(miyagi et al.,J.Physiol.1996 ; miyagi et al.,Br.J.Pharmacol.1996),calponin(Sakihara et al.,1996),rho kinase(Nishimura et al,1996 ; Niiro et al.,in press)について報告を行った。カルシウム情報系に関する報告も行った(Higuchi et.al.,1996 ; Sakihara et al.,1996 ; Chen et al,in press ; hiroshi et al.,in press)。
