Research Abstract

平成8年度の研究経過および成果
1.前立腺癌におけるホルモン抵抗性獲得機構について検討することを目的としてアンドロゲンリセプター遺伝子の異常およびゲノム不安定性につき検討した.ホルモン抵抗性前立腺癌となった6例中1例にエクソンD領域の点突然変異が認められた.ゲノム不安定性はホルモン依存性症例とホルモン抵抗性症例間に差は認められなかった.
2.前立腺癌の発症前診断の可能性について検討することを目的として,CAGリピートを有するマイクロサテライトマーカーをもちいて、正常コントロール,前立腺肥大症、前立腺癌の3者におけるCAGリピート数の変化について検討した。3群間に有為な差は認められなかった.
3.前立腺がんにおけるRAS癌遺伝子の異常について,PCR-SSCP(RI,non-RI)法,PCR-RFLP法を用いて解析中である.
4.ゲノム不安定性を示した尿路悪性腫瘍(前立腺癌,腎細胞癌,ぼうこう癌)におけるTGFβ-typeII遺伝子の異常について検索中である.
