| Research Abstract |
慢性関節リウマチ(RA)患者滑膜より樹立したA型様細胞がエンドセリン、ALP、LDHを分泌することを見出し、その性状を明らかにしてきた。
ALPはα_1〜β域に泳動され、56℃10分の加熱でも安定で、WGLにより約90%沈降する。ALP3と型とのhybrid型と考えられた。本ALPはRAや変形性関節症(OA)患者の血清や関節液中にも検出され、RAではステージIII〜IV群例により多く見出されたが、活動性との関連は明らかでなかった。
本研究の過程で0型、B型血中に検出されるV型(小腸型)ALPがAB型の腎不全患者に見出され病態との関連を検討中であるが、その意義は不明である。
