Research Abstract	新しい生産システムの効率的設計及びこの導入の経済的メリットを明らかにするためには,そのシステム設計を「最適問題」として定式化しなければならない。この問題の解は,採用する評価基準により異なり,その基準の選択が実際に使われるか否か,のキ-となる。この立場で,生産システムにおいて従来から重要と認められ使われてきた3つの評価基準下での最適解の順序関係を証明した。その順序関係は,システム設計のためには「最小生産費用基準」下での最適解を用いればよいことを示している。この結果をFAMSにおけるAGVの最適台数問題」へ適用した。さらに,FMSの個々の機械に設けるべきローカルバッファサイズ問題に着手した。まだ公表する段階ではないが,その部分的結果は,個々に1つのバッファを設けることはきわめて効果的だが,2つ以上設けることはそれほど効果的ではない,という興味ある指針を与えている。平成10年度に,これに関する詳細な研究を行う。さらに「2-レベル処理構造を持つ待ち行列ネットワーク」というモデルの研究に着手した。このモデルの定常分布は,従来の待ち行列ネットワークのフレームワークには入らず,その解法は未知分野である。その分布は「分離可能性」及び「準積形式解」で特徴づけることができることを部分的に明らかにした。このモデルの生産システムへの応用も平成10年度に試みる予定である。
