| Research Abstract |
第2年度である本年度は,中国における調査を3回実施するとともに,中国の研究分担者2名を日本に招聘した。中国における調査は,9月中旬に斎藤成也と植田信太郎および研究協力者の王瀝が北京・安陽・済南などを訪れ,古代人の骨からDNAを抽出する研究について中国科学院考古研究所安陽支部や山東省考古研究所などの中国現地の考古学研究者と話し合いをした。また,山東省において採血も行った。この調査には,北京から中国側研究分担者の金鋒も参加した。10月には,中国側研究分担者2名(金鋒および曹京龍)を日本に招聘し,おもに国際日本文化研究センターにおいて,当センターに保管されていた血液サンプルを用いてその赤血球酵素多型を調べる実験的研究を行った。本年1月後半には,斎藤成也,尾本惠市,寶来聰,徳永勝士,湯浅勲および研究協力者の野田令子が中国にて調査を行った。中国側からは金鋒と曹京龍が参加し,広州近郊,福州近郊,杭州近郊にて採血した。現在,北京の中国科学院遺伝研究所にてDNAを抽出中である。今後,これらのDNAサンプルを日本と中国の研究者が調べる予定である。また,南京では南京師範大学生物系の研究室を訪問した。さらに,本年3月下旬には植田信太郎が古代DNAに関する調査研究のために,北京の中国科学院遺伝研究所を訪問した。これらの研究調査によって得られたサンプルと,昨年度に集めた2集団(西安と長沙)のサンプルをあわせて解析し,中国の漢民族における遺伝的多様性に関する詳細なデータを得る予定である。
