| Research Abstract |
1.研究背景:がん遺伝子の発見をきっかけに、がん研究は遺伝子の時代に入り、欧米のがん研究先進国を中心に激しい研究競争を繰り広げている。地理的に隔離されているわが国の研究者は、研究者との直接の討論、情報、資料交換に自ら制限があり、ともすると独立しかねない。この問題点を克服するため、わが国の第一線の研究者を積極的にがん研究先進国に送る必要がある。本研究は、ヨーロッパのがん研究先進諸国との研究交流を目的に組織された。特に、日独、日仏がんワークショップはそれぞれ一年毎にヨーロッパ本国と日本と場所をかえて行われているが、本年度は日独をヨーロッパで、日仏を日本で開催した。本年度は15名をヨーロッパ諸国に派遣した。
2.日独がんワークショップ:1997年9月3〜6日ドイツ・エッセン、エッセン大学において「分子細胞生物学的がん研究」に関する日独がんワークショップを開催した。わが国から黒木登志夫(昭和大・腫瘍分子研)、武藤誠(東大・薬)、田中信之(東大・医)、高橋雅英(名大・医)、秋山徹(阪大・微研)、瀬山敏雄(放影研)、関口睦夫(福岡歯科大)、山下俊一(長崎大・医)、佐谷秀行(熊本大・医)が本研究費で出席した。
3.日仏がんワークショップ:1997年10月1〜4日、宇都宮グランドホテルにおいて、「発がん遺伝子と発生」をテーマにワークショプが開催された。フランス側から12名、わが国からは岡野栄之(阪大・医)、西川伸一(京大・医)、中山敬一(九大・生医研)、相澤慎一(熊本大・医)、西田栄介(京大・理)、西田育巧(名大・理)、梅園和彦(京大・ウイルス研)、浜田博司(阪大・細工セ)、三輪正直(筑波大・基礎医)、藤沢淳子(国立神経セ)、落合孝広(国立がんセ・研究)、武藤誠(東大・薬)、黒木登志夫(昭和大・腫瘍分子研)が出席した。
4.その他の派遣者:堀井明(東北大・医)、高橋徹(札幌医大・医)、藤田直也(東大・分生研)、柴沼質子(昭和大・薬)、石田良司(愛知がんセ・研)、立花章(京大・放生研)をヨーロッパの先進研究室に派遣した。
