Research Abstract	○粒径を揃えた硫化カドミウムナノ粒子を用いて量子サイズ効果を有する光電極を作製する方法として、ラングミュア・プロジェット法の適用が有用であることを明らかにした。電気化学エピタキシャル法によって作製した量子サイズ効果を有する硫化カドミウム超薄膜の光電気化学特性は硫化亜鉛超薄膜をバリアーに用いる超格子を作製し、そのユニット数を増すことによって高められることを明らかにした。(米山) ○すでに明らかにしている電析法による高飽和磁束密度 Bs を有する CoNiFe 軟磁性薄膜の作製において、電析浴に有機系添加剤を用いて磁性薄膜中に炭素を共析させると高 Bs (=1.9T) で高比抵抗 (=90μΩcm) の薄膜が作製できることを見いだした。(逢坂) ○2.5-ジメルカプト-1,3,4-チアジアゾール (DMcT) を含む溶液と銅イオンを含む溶液に交互に浸漬することによりこれらが積み重なった構造を有する金電極を集電体に用いて作成した DMcT とポリアニリンの複合正極は、合成した DMcT 銅錯体を金電極に塗布した電極に比べて格段に優れた放電容量と充放電サイクル特性が得られ、電極界面構造の制御の重要性が明らかになった。(小山) ○孔が長距離にわたって規則配列する高規則性陽極酸化ポーラスアルミナは、陽極酸化に伴い細孔欠陥部が自動的に捕らわれることによって生成することを見出した。また、孔開始点の配列を人工的に制御することで、四角および三角状の孔を有するポーラスアルミナが作製できることを明らかにした。(益田) ○すでに見出していた白金と鉄、ルテニウムなどとの合金が示す高い一酸化炭素被毒耐性を有する高活性な燃料電池アノード触媒活性の成因を解明した。すなわち触媒表面は数原子層の白金で覆われ、そこに一酸化炭素が表面を容易に移動できるように弱く吸着するために一酸化炭素の表面被覆率が大きくならず、水素酸化に対する白金の高い触媒活性が維持される。(渡辺)
