Research Abstract

We have searched for possibilities to find any signals which indicate important final states at the high energy hadron collider, such as Higgs partiacels. To search for the Higgs particles, we have found that our endcap muon trigger system has sufficiently high efficiency. On the other hand, we have found the contribution from the back ground processes depend strongly on its modeling. Especially, in the mini-jet events, which is most popular at hadron collider experiments, our simulation according to ISAJET-simulato : shows 200 times more than that of DPMJET calculations. This test has been carried out at our interesting pseud-rapidity (η) region (say |η|>1) to catch muons. Similar tests should be done at other region. We could carried out those calculation with the system which we have constructed for this purpose last year without any major troubles. We have showed those results at the ATLAS-conferences. Our conclusion at this moment is to proceed this way and to compare the models on the QCD processes. We will include Japanese NLO calculations as well. We have also tried with newly developed software named Object Oriented software. This will be managed further in the real experiment, so that this work is important. At this time, we are checking our previous results and those given by the new one. It's Important to keep consistency with the old one but also reliability.
