| Research Abstract |
RA骨髄より樹立されたEBウイルス産生株(セタ3)より得られたEBウイルスとB95-8のEBウイルスで芽球化したPCRとEBV抗体マイナスのドナーより得られたB細胞株を使用し、affymetrix社製geneチップを利用しEBVのRA株、B95-8株によるB細胞での遺伝子発現の相違を検討している。geneチップの条件設定を終了し解析を行っている。
さらに、EBウイルス特異的抑制性T細胞誘導遺伝子(SAP:signaling lymphocyte activating molecule associated protein)のmRNA発現がRAの末梢T細胞で低下する事実を発見し、その遺伝子のcDNA領域には変異の無いことをH11年日本リウマチ学会シンポジウムで報告した。
