Research Abstract

The purpose of this project was to get basic resources in order to reconstruct and integrate of teaching subjects inelementary schools. We surveyed teachers' consciousness against the theme and actual conditions of some schools and considered directions of the reconstruction and the unification.
The result of the research is summarized as follows :
(1)Most of teachers think that there are many problems in present school curricular, such as contents and numbers of hours each subject.
(2)Most of teachers of elementary schools think that reconstruction of teaching subjects is necessary in some way. A half of teachers of secondary schools think so.
(3)Their are three was to reconstruction and unifty of teaching subject, that is to unify some contemprary subjects. to set a core subject such as "integrated study" and to reconstruction subject with different idea. from present one.
