e. These date were stored in database, the most part of which was published in the research result report. In the analysis, first, Iemitsu documents with his monograms, written before he became Shogun, were considered. Then the transformation of his monograms from the 6th year to the 9th year of Genna was determined, and it has been shown that the transformation of the monogram is a potent means in dating of the undated letters. The results was published in "The Research on the documents with monogram of the Tokugawa family" (the 38th issue of "transactions of Kyoto University Graduate School of Letters"). Secondly, concerning the documents of fief's allowance during the leading figure period of Tokugawa Hidetada, determination of the issuer and consideration of the document's structure were carried out. As a result, it has been shown that the issuer of the documents of fief's allowance during this period was not Iemitsu of Shogun, but Hidetada of the leading figure. It is intended that the result to be published in "Documents of fief's allowance of the leading figure of Tokugawa Hidetada" (under contribution to "Japanese History") Less
