| Research Abstract |
Gを有限群、標数p>0の代数的閉体F上の群環をFGとし、そのブロックをBとする。Bのカルタン行列をC_Bとし、そのペロン・フロベニウス(最大)固有値をρ(B)とする。Bに含まれる既約通常指標と既約モジュラー指標の個数をそれぞれκ(B),l(B)とする。
[1]において、κ(B)【less than or equal】ρ(B)l(B)が成り立つことを発見し、Gがρー可解群のときは、さらに強く、κ(B)【less than or equal】ρ(B)が成り立つのではないかと予想した。これはBrauer予想より強い予想である。[2]において、ある種の可解群のカルタン行列を計算した。成分に0が多数現れ、無限系列の群のカルタン行列はあまり知られていない。さらに、κ(B)【less than or equal】ρ(B)が成り立つことを確かめた。[3]において、Gがp-可能群のとき、カルタン行列の単因子と固有値が一致するのはどのような場合かを決定した。[4]では、一般の自己入射多元環Aと、その反復多元環Bのガロア被覆B^^<^>を考察した。A-加群とB^^<^>-加群のカテゴリーの間にある種の
