| Research Abstract |
本年度の研究実施計画は装置の立ち上げである.
1.試料精製用真空ラインの構築・調整
一部ssパイプ,パックレスバルブ(ベロウズシール)使用の真空ラインの構築.
金属管構造部分は,10^<-7>torr以下の高真空を得るにはリ-クディテクターによる漏洩箇所検出が必要不可欠で,ディテクター・インディケーターを購入(本体は別途購入)して使用した.
炭化水素高純度精製のためPall社製Gas Kleen・フィルタを購入,ラインに組み込んだ.
2.圧力トランスデューサー(別途購入)を組み込んだ耐圧測定用セルを設計,工作中である.
超臨界流体中で圧力依存性を中心に測定するので,試料の圧力を精密に決定する必要があるためである。
3.別途購入したオッシロスコープにGPIBインターフェースを装着,現有パソコンと接続・調整した.
