| Research Abstract |
最近、イヌにおいてアレルギー性皮膚炎が増加の傾向にある。アレルギー性皮膚炎のイヌに各種アレルゲンの皮内テストを行うと、室内塵中の表皮ダニ(Dermatophagoides属)に強く感作されている可能性が示唆されている。
今回、外部寄生性ダニが存在せず、室内で飼育されているイヌの中でアレルギー性皮膚炎の症状を示めしている27例のイヌの血清中のダニアレルゲン特異IgE抗体を測定したので報告する。2種類の表皮ダニ、D.farinae(DF),D.pteronyssinus(DP)が存在するため、各アレルゲンに対する特異抗体を測定した。27例中DF特異IgE抗体を保有する例が19例、DP特異IgE抗体を保有する例が15例であった。アレルギー性皮膚炎のイヌの多くがダニアレルゲンに感作されていることが分かった。また、DPよりもDFに強く感作されていることも明らかになった。
人のダニアレルギー患者においてDer1、Der2がダニ主要アレルゲンとなっている。上記のアレルギー性皮膚炎のイヌ27例において、これらのダニ主要アレルゲンに対する反応性を調べたところ、Der1特異IgE抗体保有例は3例、Der2特異IgE抗体保有例は6例であった。Der1よりもDer2に強く感作されていることが判った。また、人のダニ主要アレルゲンはイヌにおいてはマイナ-なアレルゲンである可能性が示唆された。今後、イヌにおけるダニ主要アレルゲンの同定研究が必要になるものと考えられる。
