Research Abstract |
(1) In vitro study, tumor cells were cultured in following 4 groups : 1)control ; 2) Hap - sol ; 3) DXR ; or 4) Hap - sol + DXR, number of tumor cells in the Hap - sol + DXR group increased least. (2) DXR adsorbed to the Hap -sol better than 5-FU or MMC. (3) DXR dose administered intraperitoneally in rats was deter minted to 1.5 mg/kg, adccoring to LD50 study.
