Research Abstract

慢性腎不全患者、腎移植後の患者に対し、インターフェロンを用いてHCVの治療を行なっている。現在までに腎不全患者、移植後の患者各々10名づつに治療を行なった。部分寛解が全例にみられ、完治例が約半数に認められている。
今後とも症例を重ねそのメロニズムについて解明する予定である。
