Research Abstract |
For the purpose of obtaining effective discharge guidance plan for the fracture prevention, the contrast sensitivity was measured as an evaluation of the cognition of visual sense among hip fracture patients of 81 -year-old average age, and the relation with the life factors was examined.] As the result, findings were shown. The contrast sensitivity in fracture patients was lower the comparison with the non-fracture patients for 1.5 cycle/degree and 3 cycle/degree frequency domain and 18 cycle/degree frequency domain, ln the comparison of fracture and non-fracture patients for the life factors, persons after the 50s of age with the fracture history and person with the tipping over history tended to be abounding in the fracture patients. Similarly, the persons who the lower physical activity tended to be more abounding in the fracture patients than non-fracture patients. ln addition, the persons who replied that there was no perspective sensation It was relatively but not significantly. In the comparison of fracture and non-fracture patients in the physical activity the impremental activity was significantly lower in the fracture patients. It was demonstrated to be that the guidance for preventing the fracture countermeasures which induce environmental improvement for the prevention of tipping over and recognization of the thing and distance. Furthermore, is also important to promote the discharge guidance considering visual information to persons with tipping over experience and fracture history
