幾何学的情報量基準に基づいた画像の認識理解

Research Abstract

1. 画像からの自己評価:カメラを移動しながら撮影した画像から行った3次元復元のよさが幾何学的情報量基準でよく評価することが確認された。
2. 特異配置の識別:2眼ステレオ視および2動画像解析において、物体が平面であるか、物体が無限遠方にあるか、カメラが単に回転しているか等の配置の特異性が幾何学的情報量基準でよく識別できることが確認された。
3. CADインターフェース:規則図形をユーザが手動で入力するとき、情報量基準を用いれば恣意的なしきい値なしに自動的に誤差を補正することが可能であることを確認した。そして方程式で記述される曲線、曲面が区間解析の手法を用いて効率的に表示できることを実証した。
4. 動画像からの移動物体検出:静止シーンを移動しながら撮影した動画像に情報量基準を用いれば、シーンに独立に移動する物体が恣意的なしきい値なしに検出できることを実験的に確認した。
5. 回転推定:誤差を含んだステレオ画像から物体の3次元回転を計算する統計的に最適な手法を開発し、実験的に有効であることが確認された。
6. ロボットの位置決め:ロボットが誤差を含んだ画像と環境モデルとを照合して現在位置を計算するための統計的に最適な手法を開発し、実験的に有効であることが確認された。
