| Research Abstract |
本研究は,自動車製造業の生産のグローバル化に伴う諸問題を明らかにし,特に,世界中に販売された製品に対して効率的にユーザのニーズを満たす補修部品生産・供給システムを開発するため,(1)自動車の現地組立生産及び相互補完生産の実情と諸問題を明らかにする,(2)構成品・部品の調達システムを含めた現地生産方式の新しい管理技術を開発する,(3)自動車の補修部品生産・供給システムの実情と諸問題を明らかにする,(4)グローバルシステムとして,在庫量を必要最小限に抑え,かつ,多種多様なユーザのニーズに対して効率的に補修部品を生産・供給する情報システムを設計・開発する,ことを目的とするものである.今年度は,前年度に引き続き文献及び聞き取り調査により自動車の補修部品生産・供給システムの実情と諸問題を明らかにするとともに,国際協力による補修部品生産・供給システムを数式モデルに定式化して,その挙動を解析した.主要な研究成果は,以下の通りである.
(1) 構成品・部品の相互補完生産の実情と諸問題を明らかにし,新しい生産・物流システムを提案した.
(2) 国際協力による補修部品生産・供給システムを,JIT生産方式の概念に基づく引張り型生産指示方式を用いた数式モデルに定式化してその動特性を解析した.
(3) 補修部品生産・供給システムをサプライチェーンプロセスとして把握し,在庫量を必要最小限に抑え,かつ,多種多様なユーザのニーズに効果的に応えるシステムの概念を示した.
(4) 以上の研究成果を,11.に示すとおり,国際学会で報告し,研究紀要にまとめた.また,学術雑誌に投稿した.
