| Research Abstract |
個別生産方式は代表的な生産形態である.ジョブ・ショップを研究の対象として,生産システムの柔軟性を高めるため,2つの観点から生産システムの分析を行った.
1つは,2つの柔軟性のタイプ,マシーン・フレキシビリティとルーティングフレキシビリティをとりあげ,フローショップから純粋なランダムジョブショップまでのいろいろな製造環境のもとで,いずれの柔軟性のタイプがより製造のパフォーマンスを高めることが出来るかを比較分析した.その結果として,ジョブショップの物の流れ,加工時間のバラツキ,段取替時間の大きさによって,2つのタイプの柔軟性の効果が異なるという結果を得た.
もう1つはオーダのリリース方式としてPushタイプとPullタイプという代表的な方式を取り上げ,製造環境の変動要因である加工時間の見積誤差や機械故障によって,製造のパフォーマンスがどのような影響を受けるか比較分析した.ショップフロアの物の流れやオーダの選択ルールによって,パフォーマンスがどう変化するかを明らかにした.
