| Research Abstract |
悪性黒色腫はあらゆる悪性腫瘍のなかで最も予後の悪い腫瘍の1つで、メラノサイト起源である。さらに、desmoplastic malignant melanomaは稀な組織型で、著明な間質反応を特徴とする。各種皮膚悪性線維性腫瘍の当教室に保存してあるパラフィンブロックより切片を作製し、PDGF及びそのレセプター、新しいgrowth faotorであるconnective tissuegrowth factor(CTGF),またbFGFやTGF-β及びそのレセプターの発現を免疫組織学的手法にて調べた。我々は、同時に多数の腫瘍細胞の培養系も確立している。desmoplasticmalignant melanomaを含む悪性黒色腫組織におけるbFGFを中心とした細胞成長因子及びそのレセプターの発現を免疫組織学的手法、in situ hybridizationにより調べた。desmoplastic melanomaでは通常のメラノーマと比較し、腫瘍細胞の強いbFGFの発現、周囲の間質にCTGFの発現が認められた。
また、最近、申請者は内臓癌、血液系悪性腫瘍により惹起されたと考えられる、膠原病症例を多数経験し、原発癌、皮膚組織における各種細胞成長因子の局在を調べ、いくつか興味ある知見を得た。
