Research Abstract	本研究では規制緩和が進んだ欧米の研究者と共同で複数品質の電力を供給するために必要なシステム技術の確立を目指している。特に、多品質電力供給方式の形態、多品質電力供給のための自律分散制御方式及び負荷制御方式についてその枠組みを明らかにすると共に、多品質電力の需要(予測)並びに多品質電力供給の省エネルギー効果について調査を行うことを目的としている。今年度は、まず、 (1) 9月に本プロジェクトの参加研究者が水戸(日本)に参集し、全体年度の研究計画を確認した。 (2) 国別に分担した以下の研究を完了し、2月に研究成果をフロリダ(米国)に持ち寄って討論した。・日本グループ:多品質電力供給の枠組みの基礎検討多品質電力供給を実現可能な分散型電源・貯蔵装置(DGS)を含む最適系統構成の開発(奈良)。電力改質センターの役割に関する基礎研究(長谷川)。DGS最適配置の基礎研究(佐々木)。異品質電力需要の解析(辻)。多品質電力供給とDSMによる省エネルギー効果の解析(大山) ・米国グループ:Custom Power技術と多品質電力需要予測波形解析技術と規制緩和下の電力の定義に関するサーベイ。系統不平衡運用時の新計測技術の必要性評価。新パワーエレクトロニクス技術の開発(A.Domijan)。多品質電力供給の実験的需要モデル構築(M.S.Chen,R.R.Shoults)。・韓国グループ:自律分散型配電系統構成の基礎検討多品質電力供給を実現するための自律分散機構の設計と検証(J.E.Kim)。シンガポールグループ:FRIENDSにおけるDGSの効果 DGSを持つ系統での最適電力供給手法の開発(C.S.Chang)。・ヨーロッパグループ:DSMと計算機制御品質毎の需要負荷曲線の定義。多品質電力販売促進手段の開発。個別品質毎に適用可能なDSM機能の決定とその最適化(E.Lakervi)。多品質電力供給に必要なデータの種類とその記憶場所に関する調査(V.Glamocanin)。 (3) 本研究に関する本年度の2回の会合の会議録を作成すると共に、本年度の研究成果を取りまとめ、国際学会等で公表すると共に年次報告書を作成した。
