| Research Abstract |
本年度はニワトリFSH-R卵胞刺激ホルモン受容体遺伝子上流域の転写制御領域研究で他グループが哺乳類の同遺伝子上流域転写制御領域研究にて見いだした転写因子結合モチーフとは全く異なる新しい転写因子結合配列の存在を明らかにした。
一方、米国NIH支所のNIEHSのMishina's Lab.でテトラプロイド解析法とキメラ解析法に必要な技術を学び、またこの解析に必要な微小針の作成法等を収得することが出来た。滞在期間が短かったため、有効な最終結果は得られなかったが、期間中に得た技術・知識を元に今後当研究室において解析システムを立ち上げ、既に取得しているLGR4遺伝子ヘテロ欠損マウスとOTR遺伝子へテロ欠損マウスをもとに両遺伝子のホモ欠損マウス胚由来ES細胞を取得し、胚発生時における両遺伝子欠損の機能解析を行う予定である。また共同研究としてアメリカヒューストンベイラー医学大学のMartin M.Matzuk博士と行ってきた卵巣卵母細胞特異的に発現するGDF-9遺伝子の欠損マウス卵巣の解析に関する研究を発表し、さらにアクチビンβCとβの両遺伝子欠損マウス解析研究の結果をまとめ、投稿した。
