| Research Abstract |
1、S相に関する研究調査:S相は主にステンレス鋼をイオン窒化したときに生成することから、文献調査はMetals Abstractsの「ion nitriding」と「Austenitic Stainless Steel」をキーワードに2000.1〜2000.12を調査。結果は35件の発表があった。また、本年は最終年度にあたるので2000年末までの上記関連論文の調査結果157件(英文のみ)を下記SS2000のProceedings(The Institute of Materialsから出版)に資料として投稿した。
本年、ドイツで開催されたPSE2000への関連発表件数は9件であった。
2、S相に関する基礎および応用に関する研究:下記の研究結果をSS2000に発表した。
1)Transmission Electron Microscopy Study of"S"phase in Low Temperature Plasma Nitrided 316 Stainless Steel.
2)The Formation and Decomposition of Nitrogen and carbon f.c.t.Austenitic Stainless Steel.
3)Effect of Mechanical Pre-Treatment on the Formation of S-Phase in Plasma Nitrided 304 Austenitic Stainless Steel.
4)Low Temperature Plasma Nitriding and Carburising of Austenitic Stainless Steel.
5)"S"Phase Formation of Some Austenitic Stainless Steels by Ion-Nitriding.
6)Nitriding of Stainless Steel Using High Power YAG Laser.
3、S相に関する国際セミナー(SS2000)への参加:11月5-8日、関西大学100周年記念会館において開催されたInternational Current Status Seminar(Thermochemical Surface Engineering of Stainless Steel)に参加。このセミナーには25件(国内9件,国外24件)の発表と、61名(国内47名、国外14名)の参加者があった。
