Research Abstract	(1)総括班および調整班会議総括班会議については平成11年7月5日、平成12年1月25日に開催し、運営状況及び今後の方針について、報告・確認及び調整を行った。また、調整班会議は月一回開催し、各研究項目および公開シンポジウム・全体会議等の企画及び調整を行った。 (2)第2回公開シンポジウムの開催平成12年1月25日に第2回公開シンポジウムを開催し、本研究を代表し班員5名が発表を行った。今回も班員以外にも多数の参加があり、同領域への関心の強さを計ることができた。この際、参加者全員に要旨集を配布した。 (3)第1・2回全体会議の実施平成11年7月5日に第1回、平成12年1月26日に第2回を開催した。第1回では、本研究での各班員の研究テーマについて、第2回では今年度の研究成果報告を発表した。 (4)第1回合同班会議平成11年11月15-16日、25-26日、2班ずつが合同で班会議を開催し、班間連携を深めた。 (4)ホームページ作成による研究領域の普及昨年インターネット上に開設したホームページに各班員のサイトを設け、研究の目的・内容・状況等を掲載し、班員間の研究内容の相互理解のみならず班員外への研究領域の宣伝・普及を計っている。 (5)国際会議の計画立案平成12年9月11-12日東京にて国際会議を開催予定。海外からの招待講演者として、生物時計遺伝子(バイオリズム)で業績著名なC.P.Kyriacou教授やコロイド物理化学の第一人者H.Hoffmann教授、非ウィルス系ベクター研究の世界的先駆者Jean Paul Behr教授を含む6名がほぼ決定している。 (5)共同研究の推奨班員同士の共同研究を推奨した。採択された研究に対し総括班からの支援として補助金を交付した。
