Research Abstract

1)研究項目の名称の改訂:A01 膜非結合型の複合体型マシーナリー;A02膜結合型の複合体
型マシーナリー;A03集合系型のマシーナリー:A04生物マシーナリーの結晶構造解析のための方法論とした.やや広い定義とし、公募研究班の参加を容易にした、2)世話人会の設置:田中 勲(A01)、三木邦夫(A02)、田之倉 優(A03)、月原冨武(A04)の4人の世話人を置き、これらと領域代表(三井)の5名で世話人会を設置した.その位置ずけは領域代表の諮問機関である.3)学会における関連シンポジウムの開催:a)蛋白合同年会(長岡98)(平成10年9月)、ー蛋白質研究の最前線ー、と題して(参加者 約250名):第71回生化学会(平成10年10月).ー原子レベルの立体構造にもとずく生物マシーナリーの動作機構解明ー、と題して(参加者約70名)、4)欧米における関連分野の情勢の視察(平成10年11月;班員田中 勲、田之倉 優による;6ケ所の研究室を訪問;その結果は次項のワークショップで報告された)、5)第1回ワークショップの開催:平成11年1月、東大・山上会館、ー「生物マシーナリー」特定領域をどう進めるかー、と題して(参加者 約70名)、6)第1回総括班会議の開催:前記のワークショップ中に開催(出席者10名)、7)ホームページの開設:URL=http://bio.nagaokaut.ac.jp/tokutei/第1頁目を長岡技術科学大学に置く).
