Research Abstract	本研究では、様々な生命現象に密接に関連している活性酸素種(スーパーオキシドイオンO_2^-,過酸化水素H_2O_2,ヒドロペルオキラジカルなど)の電解生成、in situ検出、反応制御、反応特異性の解明を目的として行われ、本年度は次の成果を得た。 1.様々な濃度のKOH水溶液中でのO_2の拡散係数と飽和濃度をハイドロダイナミック・クロノクーロメトリーで評価し、KOHの濃度への両者の著しい依存性を見出した。 2.自己組織化膜(SAM)修飾電極を構築し、それを神経伝達物質およびその代謝産物、各種抗酸化物質の電気化学的検出に応用することに成功した。 3.新規大環状金属錯体のSAM修飾電極を構築し、NADHの酸化反応に対する電極触媒能を見出し、そのメカニズムを解明した。また、様々な陰イオンセンサとして機能することを明らかにした。
