Research Abstract

本研究では、様々な生命現象に密接に関連している活性酸素種(スーパーオキシドイオン、過酸化水素、一酸化窒素など)の電解生成、その場検出、反応制御、反応特異性の解明を目的として行われ、本年度は次の成果を得た。
1.電子移動プロモターの自己組織化単分子膜修飾電極に、さらにスーパーオキシドジスムターゼ(SOD)酵素を配向・固定した"SOD電極"を構築し、スーパーオキシドイオンの検出に適用し、第3世代のスパーオキシドイオンバイオセンサーの開発に成功した。
2.ポリアニリン及びポリアニリンスルホン酸修飾電極を用いて、スーパーオキシドイオンの電解生成に成功し、その生成反応機構を明らかにした。
3.自己組織化単分子膜修飾電極を用いて、生体内の代表的な抗酸化物質であるアスコルビン酸、尿酸、神経伝達物質およびその代謝物の同時分析・定量に成功した。
4.過酢酸と過酸化水素の電気化学的同時検出法を確立した。
