Research Abstract |
In today, logical positivism and analytic philosophy as the linguistic philosophy are popular. Pragmatism to insist on the solidarity by consensus, and the Ethics of Discourse which makes the right state of the argument a problem, and then, semiotics and structuralism which deal with so-called code, are important. However, these doctrines presuppose that the human being has ability of the communication beforehand. As for them, there is a presupposition that so-call code between the speaker and listener is complete beforehand. On the other hand we think that the human being exists as the human being for the first time by the communication. Moreover we think that the code itself is formed through the process of the communication. We analyzed the dynamic structure of the from such a viewpoint and grounded it. At the first part we did the philosophical grounding of the communication, including the communication previous to the language ("The recognition of the other persons and the basis of communication" , and so on). At the second part we found the problems from the inside of the philosophical history and argued about them ("The concept-action-in H.Arendt's philosophy", and so on). At the third part we treat the particular problems ("How to think Informed Consent", and so on).
