Research Abstract	1.肝細胞癌の発癌進展に伴う血流動態の変化肝細胞癌の発癌初期には結節は過形成として発癌して発癌するが、動脈血流は低下し門脈血流は保たれることを示した。その後、動脈も門脈も低下する時期を経て動脈性腫瘍血管の新生が誘導されて典型的な動脈優位の肝細胞癌へと発育・進展することをinvivo血流イメージングにより示した。またその変化は病理学的進展、あるいは分子生物学的な血管新生因子の誘導ともよく一致した。 2.血流画像的解析超音波造影剤を用いてハーモニックイメージを行うことにより、上記の血流動態の推移も容易に把握しうることを示した。
