| Research Abstract |
線維芽細胞を培養し、細胞増殖に対する種々の抗生物質の抑制をまず検討した。
Falcon96ウェルによる検討ではセフェム系に抑制作用が強く現れ、ペニシリン系、ポリペプタイド系では弱く、テトラサイリン系、アミノグリコシド系では中間の抑制効果であった。
ケロイドの活動的部位と非活動的部位でのアポトーシスの状態を検討すると活動部位でむしろ多くのアポトーシスがみられた。
現在、毛嚢の各部分を分割し、培養して、培養状況、毛の分化など検討中である。
