| Research Abstract |
正常真皮あるいは肥厚性瘢痕からの線維芽細胞を培養し、昨年には各種抗生剤の線維芽細胞に対する抑制作用を検討したが、今回は免疫抑制剤、タクロリムス、サイクロスポリンについて同様の検討を行った。その結果、免疫抑制剤は線維芽細胞抑制効果があることがわかった。
一方、毛嚢を調べている中に植皮辺縁や有茎弁の手術、創、縁の毛育成が増強されていることを見出した。
何等かのサイトカインがこれに関与していることを考え、IL16、IL6、TNFα、EGFの4サイトカインがそれらの部位にいかに出現しているかを調べた。
その結果、IL6とTNFαが有意に増加し、この2者の間でも出現時期は若干のズレが存在していた。
これらの関与をさらに確認するため、IL6を剃毛したラット背部に5日間局所注射したところ、ほぼdose deprtndentな育毛増強作用が認められた。
