| Research Abstract |
○ 昨年度に引き続き統計的推測理論の基礎的諸問題についての研究集会を数回開催した。
○ 今年はベルギー、中国、韓国の統計学者との研究交流を活発に行った。
・99年11月にはブリュッセル大学のHallin教授を日本に招聘し、大阪大学谷口氏との共同研究を行うとともに、東京に招いて講演と討論の集会を開いた
・00年2月末には中国、韓国から12人の統計学者を招聘して開催した東アジア統計学シンポジウムに協力した。(海外招聘者のうち2名分を分担)
・また竹内は3月下旬北京を訪問し北京大学の研究者と討論、意見を交換した。
○ 上記を受け、各研究者が引き続き時系列理論、予測理論、モデル選択などの問題について研究を進めた。成果は研究代表者、分担者がそれぞれの論文の形で発表し、また投稿審査中或いは準備中のものもある。
○ 成果のとりまとめ報告は来年度に行うこととする。
