| Research Abstract |
(1)抵抗心線型一次元検出器の開発を行い、実際にスペクトルを測定し、その性能テストを行った。更に分解能の向上を目指して使用ガス圧を3気圧まで高めて行い、分解能の向上を確認した。
(2)マイクロチャンネルプレート(MCP)を用いた二次元検出器を取り付け、使用テストを行った。
(3)開発した分光器を用いて、電子線励起により、SiK_α線,K_β線,AlK_α線,K_β線 YL_α線等の測定を行い、分光器,検出器を含めた全システムの総合テスト、性能評価も行った。
