| Research Abstract |
いもち病菌Magnaporthe grisea宿主特異的菌群のDNA診断法の開発を試みた。さまざまな反復配列および制限酵素を用いてフィンガープリント解析を行ったところ、次のような組み合わせが有効であることが明らかとなった。(1)各菌群を区別するために:HindIII+MGR583、(2)イネ菌とアワ菌を特異的に判別するために:SalI+MAGGY、(3)コムギ菌を特異的に判別するために:EcoRV+MGR583、(4)メヒシバ菌を特異的に判別するために:HindIII+Pot2。本法を用いて本研究室保存菌の菌群判別を行ったところ、本法の信頼性がきわめて高いことが判明した。
