Research Abstract |
Recently in northern area, there are many pedestrians, especially the eldely, injuries by fall caused slip on frozen road. In order to take measures against the slip, study on walking and slip during gait are necessary. In this paper, ground reaction forces and pressure distribution on outer sole during gait are made investigation. This paper shows basic ways of trial application of proper arrangement system fastened anti-slip devices on winter shoes. And, objective evaluation standard for effect of the device is not established yet. In order to objective evaluate for anti-slip device in winter shoes, change of acceleration on body center by during gait are made investigation. To realize those investigations, force plate and pressure distribution sensor were installed by the subsidy of GRANT4N-AID FOR SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH (B)(2). The results obtained are as follows. (2) About the pressure distribution measurement of shoe sole, The program which calculated average pressure distribution in the optional time from some data was made. Then, a manual was made for the purpose of convenience of the program use. (3) The system which decided the arrangement of Anti-slip material was made by the above 2 program. At first, the time when a certain testee slips easily is specified. Next, the pressure distribution condition of that time is checked. (4) An acceleration wave form in the body center is measured. The easiness to slip was estimated from the change in that wave form. When it was examined in the ratio to the third chief ingredient of the frequency.
