Research Abstract |
In order to clarify how graduates from university form their early careers in 5 years, twenty eight female and three male samples were administered by a questionnaire and an interview in the fifth year after graduation from university. Findings showed that, first, graduates increased in commitment to life tasks and to create their life projects ; second, they extend their time perspectives with reality and, then they reorganize them ; and, third, it is suggested to be important to support them in extending the expectation of their life course before and after university graduation with depending on a variety of careers and to give the support available to their career stages in order to promote their suitability to career, for example, teachers need to diminish the gab between the desired and present states in the send year but to be train their competence to meet to the state of children in the fifth year.
