The history of Overseas Chinese (OC), especially during Anti-Japanese War, could be best understood in the context of the political structure and the political dynamics the three factors : the National Government of China (NGC), Wang-jingwei Government (WJG) and the OC.As the result of my analysis about these poles' structure, the following points were made clear : 1) the policies and Infulences toward OC, that were developed by NGC, the Committee of Overseas Chinese Affairs, the Department of Foreign Affairs, the Foreign branch of Guomin-dang and the another political factors ; 2) the policy and the system of WJG and it's struggle with NGC ; 3) the isolation, political position in the several States and the international network of OC.
