Research Abstract |
The purpose of the research is to establish a computer algebraic method for partial differential equations. In the first year (1998), we have established a method to generate "approximate general solutions" of partial differential equations by using a computer algebraic method. And we happened to have found that our method could be useful in the study of inverse problems. In the second year (1999), we have concentrated on numerical and computer algebraic experiments. As a result, we found that our technicalities work quite well in some inverse problems.
