Research Abstract |
In this study, the models for rolling process of flattening arc-shaped FGM to a sheet were exhibited and the rolling of an arc-shaped pure aluminum and the hot rolling of AI-AI_3Ni FGM were carried out on various conditions forsame or different roll speeds and roll diameters. A radius of curvature of an arc-shaped pure aluminum specimen becomes Large as rolling times in case of all of same roll diameter and different roll speeds, different roll diameters and same roll speed, different roll diameters and different ron speeds except for same roll diameter and roll speed. A radius of curvature of arc-shaped AI-AI_3Ni FGM specimen becomes large as rolling times in all conditions. It is possible to deform an arc-shaped AI-AI_3Ni FGM to the sheet in the conditions of the value of 1.08 of the ratio between upper and rower roll of contact projected length in 1, 2, 3 % draft in different roll diameters and same roll speed. Therefore, the rolling process has made it possible to deform the arc-shaped FGM to the flat plate. controlling the ratio between upper and Lower roll diameter and rolling speed.
