| Research Abstract |
1,Bi_<12>SiO_<20>単結晶で構成した空間光変調素子(BSO-PROM)を用いて、イメージ。ロックイン検出システムを構成した。そして基本特性(周波数弁別特性、位相弁別特性、積算特性)を調べた。
2,BSO-PROMを用いて構成したロックイン検出システムによって、簡単な画像の抽出実験と物体上を一定速度で走る干渉縞の抽出実験を行い、細部を除き、期待通りの成果を得た。
3、GaAs単結晶を用いて構成した空間光変調素子を電界吸収効果とポッケルス効果を併用して動作させた時の特性を調べた。また、素子を構成する時のGaAs結晶板の厚さについても検討した。
