節外性リンパ腫発生の分子病態の解明を目指した病理学的、分子生物学的研究

Research Abstract

粘膜関連リンパ組織型B細胞リンパ腫malignant B-cell lymphoma of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue(MALT)typeに代表される節外性リンパ腫はその発生頻度が高く、臨床病理学的特殊性が十二分に認められつつあるにも拘らず、その腫瘍発生における分子病態は殆ど解明されていない。我々は本腫瘍発生に深く関与すると推定されるt(11;18)染色体転座を有するMALT型リンパ腫を報告し、同腫瘍の外科的手術材料より大量の新鮮材料を保存した。これら新鮮材料を用いてFISH法等の細胞遺伝学的および分子生物学的手法を応用して、同切断点を世界に先駆けて明らかとし、1999年二月にこれを公表するに至った。現在、MALT型リンパ腫の成因に深く関与するであろう分子異常の本態の解明を目指してtarget遺伝子のクローニングによる同定を試みつつある。更にt(11;18)染色体転座を有するMALT型リンパ腫症例の集積を進めつつあり、系統的な細胞遺伝学的検討も併せて進めつつある。全体として所期の目的を達成しつつあると総括出来るように思われるが、ほぼ同時期に欧米より同様の報告も散見されており、今後の激しい展開が予測される。
