| Research Abstract |
The male Lewis rats weighting 250 to 350 g were used for donors and the male BN rats weighting 250 to 350 g recipients were used to confirm a form of acute rejection of urinary bladder transplantation. After transplantation no immunosuppressive drugs were administrated. Transplanted bladder and common bladder were removed on the 4ィイD1thィエD1, 6ィイD1thィエD1, 8ィイD1thィエD1, 10ィイD1thィエD1, 12ィイD1thィエD1, and 14ィイD1thィエD1 day and the histological change was observed. The existence of apoptosis was confirmed with tunnel method for the specimens on the 8ィイD1thィエD1 day.
On the 6ィイD1thィエD1 day, all cases of the blood supply to the graft were kept, but on the 8ィイD1thィエD1 day they were obstructed. On the 4ィイD1thィエD1 day, infiltration of the inflammatory cells to the epithelium and muscle were very slight and a construction was kept normally. On the 6ィイD1thィエD1 day, infiltration of the inflammatory cells to the submucosa was observed. On the 8ィイD1thィエD1 day, infiltration of the inflammatory cells and bleeding in the epithelium were observed and infiltration of the lymphocyte was remarkable. The existence of apoptosis in the epithelium was confirmed with tunnel method. On the 10ィイD1thィエD1 day, the epithelium was dropping away and construction of the muscle was destroyed. On the 12ィイD1thィエD1 day, the epithelium was disappeared completely, the submucosa and the muscle were necrotic.
