Research Abstract

子宮頸部腺癌症例50例、腺扁平上皮癌17例の計67例について、ホルマリン固定パラフィン包埋組織標本を用いてestrogen receptor(ER),progesterone recptor(PR)それぞれに対するモノクローナル交替を用い、ABC法にて免疫染色を施行した.
半数以上の症例で、正常頚管腺細胞の核と間質細胞で、ER,PRは陽性であった.腺癌組織においては腫瘍組織の広い範囲にわたってER,PR陰性となったが、陽性例では限局性の染色パターンをとり、その陽性率はER19%、PR24%であった。再発死亡例は21例で、うちER陽性1例、PR陽性0例で、ER,PR陽性群は陰性群に比し有意に予後良好であった。
